As this weekend approaches, all you see and hear about is how everyone is getting ready for the big “3 day weekend”.  Everyone is talking about breaking out the grills, buying steaks, hamburger, hot dogs, ribs and chicken, making that famous potato salad and baked beans. I don’t know about you, but when I was growing up there were no computers or cell phones. If you wanted to tell someone about something you called them, sent them a letter (snail mail, you know, the paper and envelope with a stamp) or talked to them in person.
